This rating is only customer service call center review. People at the eugene airport were great. The person at the front says they are low on vans but I could upgrade for free to a 12 passenger full size van. I ultimately decided that it wouldn't work (nice of them to offer) and they gave me what I originally reserved. Everything was great. I brought it back over 24hrs early. I really didn't even like to rate this one star but because of one gentleman that works at the budget car rental at the airport in Eugene Oregon I feel like I guess it deserves one star at least they have one person working there that is good at customer service. Cuz let me tell you this is got to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole 45 years of life. Every single time I've been in there it has been an issue.
