Peter at the rental counter was very helpful and friendly and also very efficient! Car pick up at the airport is really easy and great vehicles. Highly recommend !
Poor signage to locate vehicle after rental counter prefered line. Vehicle not serviced bird droppings on vehicle windshield washer sensor came on so obviously fluids were never checked.maintence required sensor also came on.found it comical that sign was on vehicle saying it had been serviced.
Car was great but pick up and drop off isn't Great at the airport
Next level incompetence and worst car rental I have ever experienced. First I arrive and they tell me the vehicle I booked is an EV and won’t be charged for 2 hours after my scheduled pickup time. Instead of giving me a different vehicle from the dozens they had in the lot, they tell me I can either wait the 2 hours or upgrade for $20 to a different vehicle.
