Now I see why they have a three-point star whoever’s answering the phones need to be trained better what a joke she doesn’t even speak correct English and is very rude. Come on guys step it up. You’re giving Jorja a bad name.
The staff at the Fayetteville location were pleasant. However, they called me an hour before I was going to pick up my car to inform me that none were available. I booked well in advance and got less than a 24 hour notification. This left me in a difficult situation for a planned trip. I ended up having to use the airport location. Avis corporate charged me more for the location change and offered nothing extra in return. I chose Fayetteville for a reason (price and location).
