Explained that I was going to use the car as long as my car was getting worked on. Told no problem. Was given a dirty car. I returned the car nice and clean. Was told they would email my receipt when I looked at my receipt I was charged a bunch of fees for extending the reservation for 2 more weeks. So call late fees. Called customer service was told at first there was a $12 day for Xtra insurance which I denied , then was told I went over the mileage, which the car came with unlimited mileage.. 0 stars, made a reservation only to be told that the car was being cleaned and would be ready in 30 - 60 minutes. 2 and a half hours later time to cancel and wreck my plans. Understaffed and unreliable, luckily there's an Enterprise within walking distance.

Great customer service. Day took care of us when we picked up our rental. She is polite and knowledgeable. Avis is lucky to have her as an employee. Great job Day!

Never had a good experience with rental companies. Always a problem with something. But I will say, this was an unexpected pleasant experience. The customer service was great. Really fast

Excellent and polite service. Staff was very knowledgeable about the car I rented and explained all of the cars features.
