Excellent and polite service. Staff was very knowledgeable about the car I rented and explained all of the cars features.
AVIS Yonkers office, I was rented a car for 1 week they charge me right away and it deducted to my card. I keep checking my bank card and there’s no money return so I assume it was a successful charge so I extend my car for another 1 week and again it charge me again right away after I gave them my card information. Then when I return the car 2 days early I ask for a refund and they promise to refund me but 2 days after they charge me again the full amount of $900 plus and not giving back a refund. This is my second rental at this location. The first rental was just OK. The car could have been cleaned better, as there was a dirty cup still in the cup holder and there was no washer fluid, so we had to buy some, but I let that all go and decided to rent again. They only avis location i called and was able to get answers! Quick and fast
I've rented several times at this location without issue until now. I was charged a 450.00 dollar cleaning fee for pet hair on the seats. Besides the fact the the car was given to me dirty I didn't have a pet or animal in the car. I noticed a similar complaint about pet hair this may be this locations scam to increase profit. I'd suggest everyone to have the car inspected by them for cleanliness.
