Beware of scam cleaning fees when you return your vehicle. I was charged 250$ for returning the vehicle with 'sand' and dirt. The thing is, I received the vehicle in this exact state (4 hours after my reservation time!), I even took a picture at pickup as I was sure that they would try pulling this on me. So not only did I have to wait almost 4 hours over the time my original reservation was made, I was given a dirty car! Huge fan of this location, especially the service from Gina and Day. I always come here when visiting family and they consistently make the experience easy, friendly and stress free. Super helpful team and genuinely great customer service every time.
Amazing experience! Quickest pick up and return I've ever had! Was blown away by the good will and honesty when I left my laptop in the vehicle. I called the location and Gina confirmed they found it and offered to pack it up and send it with UPS. Never had such a great interaction with a rental company. Thank You!!
