I received a call that my rental would not be available with a 1-day notice, except my contract said I could get the car I selected OR an upgrade. When we called back to point this out, the representative yelled at my husband, hung up on us, and cancelled our reservation. Customer service said they have upgrades available and didn't offer them. Worthless.

Booked through price line, the app shows a million cars available, but once I arrived an Avis agent said there are no cars available. I read the reviews for Avis prior to booking. Still booked and now writing a similar review smh. I left and called priceline, they referred me to budget, which has cars available and surprisingly shares the same location with Avis.
