WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE The lady at the reception is EXTREMELY rude!! We had our car booked online and when we arrived she said she needed the passport, we went to get it and by half an hour when we came back she gave the car to other people!! Started yelling at us and asking us to leave or take a smaller one! NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH EVER!!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY I booked a reservation online and was confirmed only to arrive and have the two elderly female workers claim no cars were available and I would have to wait for a rental to return. After waiting for an hour among at least 6 other customes who arrived after me, a worker processes my reservation and gave me keys to a car ALREADY SITTING ON THE LOT. Got a bad car rumbling noise had to come back and got another car which smelled like a dog but did not have the time to go back and get it replaced. Cars are not clean. No drop off service the rental car office is in also not kept clean. Overall the only good thing was that the car worked fine. I would stay away from this location and rent elsewhere.

Disgusting service both morning and afternoon . Small selection of vehicles . Seems to be a a sad excuse to give old hags a job to stay busy. Go to enterprise !
