I've been renting here for over 5 years. I heard the ownership is changing in January, but Mohammed and his team have been the best people to work with that I've ever met in all of my travels. I will miss them dearly.
They never have cars u booked
Went to return the vehicle. Drop off time is 12pm, l got there at 11:58am. No one was here to help me with the return. My husband found a key drop box so l left the key there ( They better not act like they can’t find that key either) . If there is a drop of time for 12pm the worker needs to wait until 12:15/12:30. This is very unacceptable, I was on time and no one was still there. I did call which I got the call center. I see how they treat there rental cars, kids out doing donuts on the parking lot , the probably charging renters for damage
