I would not give even a half point to the customer service at this location. The person at the checkout started making rude comments because we were using employees discount. “ did you guys really made this plane”, what you do their?, you don’t seem like you work there and was so rude. When we told him that you can’t do this and you can’t make such a comments then he started smiling and accusing me. Very bad location. The representative has no customer service skills, really poor communication, cannot have a civil conversation with him he just starts yelling and screaming instead of having a conversation. He claims to be the owner and manager of that facility.
