I was told by Joseph that only monthly rentals were available and he doesn’t want my service if I can’t afford it even though I only needed a short term rental.
DO NOT GO HERE. I called to ask questions regarding a rental and Joseph was extremely rude.
Customer service was poor! I called today to inquire about the availability of certain vehicles and the male representative did not answer my question. As a result, I will be choosing another location.
I would not give even a half point to the customer service at this location. The person at the checkout started making rude comments because we were using employees discount. “ did you guys really made this plane”, what you do their?, you don’t seem like you work there and was so rude. When we told him that you can’t do this and you can’t make such a comments then he started smiling and accusing me. Very bad location.
