I would not give even a half point to the customer service at this location. The person at the checkout started making rude comments because we were using employees discount. “ did you guys really made this plane”, what you do their?, you don’t seem like you work there and was so rude. Avis scamming people as usual. Got hit with a fuel charge for returning with a full tank.
The representative has no customer service skills, really poor communication, cannot have a civil conversation with him he just starts yelling and screaming instead of having a conversation. He claims to be the owner and manager of that facility.
