Just left this location, 11:15 A.M. Nov 2, 2025. The gentleman at the counter saved our trip! Our vacation got off to a stressful start having to replace our rental car 3 times because of problems with the vehicle. He was calm, friendly, and helpful and got us a car that we can fit our whole family in, that’s actually in good condition. So sorry I didn’t catch your name, but thank you thank you so much for helping us! Now we can relax and enjoy the vacation we came here for, we appreciate you so much!!
We had an issue with our rental car shortly after we left the airport. We called AVIS at MCO and they told us to go to the nearest AVIS location to where we were and do a vehicle exchange. Lisa at the service counter was absolutely amazing with handling our car exchange. Her customer service was top tier and because of her there was very little interruption to our vacation. 10/10 recommended
