I made a car reservation a month ago. When I arrived at the location, I waited for over an hour — the office was open, yet there was nobody there. It is absolutely unacceptable how Avis disregards its customers.

I have had a very bad experience with this location, the staff here is the worst AVIS staff I have ever seen, the guy at the register made me waiting for a long time and told me that there are no cars available even after I have made a reservation very prior. And when I was asking me about it he was being rude and told me you would never get car from this location and I would see how you would get a car again.
