They charged me $479 for a drop off/ pick up fee which is bogus. After being on the line for over an hour I was told it's a cleaning fee. Last 2 cars I rented were not spotless and they were actually kind of dirty yet when I return a car which requires a vacuum they slap me with a $479 fee. They can't even put their act together to write cleaning fee yet they want the renter to give it back spotless clean.
Avis Budget is the best in Rochester!!
Best rental. Period. The two older ladies that work there are awesome people.
