Great customer service. The agent even stayed later to make sure that we were taken care of and it was truly appreciated.
The Avis in Amherst New York is completely ridiculous they're ignorant and rude my daughter has been in a position where she has had to rent a car for over a year now from them she has been in the same car for over 6 months now and they refuse to switch it out for her the check engine light is on they've had her actually have to take the car and get the oil changed herself they keep telling her there's no cars available and keep trying to give her a minivan yet if you go online and try and book a reservation they're sure our... read more
I don't write Google reviews for numerous reasons. However, I have used this place at least 12 separate times through a company contract with. Thus, I felt compelled to leave a review as I am very familiar with this Avis and am paying it forward in the "review universe". I have never had any issues with pick-up or drop-off at this Avis.
