Horrible customer service
They really have the worst customer service at this location and the one girl there is constantly lying about stuff absolutely ridiculous corporate really needs to do something about this location and their cars are nasty and dirty. Are they supposed to clean them before they give them to you
We called they gave us a confirmation number and the price of the rental. My daughter called and said she was picking up the car the next day would there be a price difference they said no. So we get there today and low and behold the $196 car is now $549??? they said they couldn't change it for us and this was after I waited in there for 2 hours because the employees think they are at spring break! I will never call them or allow anyone I know call that's dirty business
