Great and helpful service
The best place to get a rental from hands down
As preferred Avis members with a reservation we have already been in line to get our rental for over one hour. We are at the midpoint of the line so it will be another hour. The preferred desk is not open Worst renal experience ever - I would recommend any other company
I cannot thank Frank enough for calling us to confirm our reservations, he saved the day because we were actually at the wrong location with 30 minutes left before they closed. They waited to make sure that we got here and was able to get our transit van for us and our 10 passengers as we traveled from Florida. he saved the day and I praise him. Thank you so much. That’s great customer service.
I've been renting from these guys for about 5 years. Every vacation my girlfriend and I go on. Always quick In-N-Out! Sometimes we even catch some good conversation.
