My confirmed reservation was not honoured even after booking in advance and arriving well ahead of the time. The person at the desk mentioned I had booked in the last minute which is why they couldn’t give me a car rental, which is not true. When I interrupted by saying I booked in advance, the person stated it’s the management and not him. He offered me the car in a slot which was 13 hours later, What a joke. I ended up taking the Uber wherever I went and still it came out to be cheaper than their rental price. Avoid.
I rented a car from here to drive hundreds of miles in Midwest. Turned out that tire had a nail in it and there was an air leakage. Only God saved us that we didn't collapse at a rainy midnight on I-80. Of course they will reply and ask for rental agreement number and so, as if they give an F. But for your own sake, please do not rent from here.
