Went for a reservation. No vehicles. Place doesn't even look like a car rental place or the employees look like they work there. Complete waste of time and drive 45 minutes from original location. Customer service was horrible as well. Nothing like Enterprise.
We rented a 12 passenger van to travel with a large family for spring break, received the confirmation email and everything…. Show up to pick up the rental and NO VEHICLE. No notice, no phone call, NOTHING. Now I am leaving TOMORROW with no other options. What a train wreck of a business!!!! Never again.
Made contact with the employee to confirm a car would be available & was told the person returning the car that was reserved for me would arrive in “a little”, I called multiple times to confirm the car is actually there. I paid $146 for an uber to get there just to be told the car wasn’t returned & a female employee lied about the phones being down for 2 hours & when I asked why she didn’t make an effort to contact me to let me know this so called phone issue let alone the car not being there.. she didn’t have an answer for... read more
They will have cars in the lot but says no cars available when customer get a good discounted offer. Plus the customer services with these car rentals is a joke. When you make reservation and they don’t want to offer a car to you they still won’t call you and say “hey we don’t have a car”. You’ll find out once you manage to be at their place.
Awful, terrible. Called me morning of trip and said no cars, intentionally overbooked, have to cancel 20 people. Severe shortage has been going on. THEN WHY WAIT TO MORNING OF TO CALL THE CUSTOMER? Garbage customer experience, garbage service. ZERO STARS.
