Avis lost a customer going forward. We made a reservation to rent a 12 person van about a month and a half prior to our Girl Scout Trip to TN. They called us around 5pm the night before our trip and left a msg saying they didn't have a van for us. We tried to call them back numerous times before they closed at 6pm with no one answering.
