My reservation was not honored, but I will say the representative did try to call me. She still seem not to care nor offer a solution Unfortunately, by the time she called, I was already in an Uber on my way. What I don’t understand is why their system allows people to book cars when they don’t actually have cars available. I’ll give them two stars for at least making an effort, but overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I had a reservation and when I went to the place they said they have no cars . Never ever rent from these people unless you want to ruin your trip. I don’t know why the website let me reserve a car in the first place when they didnt have any .

I travel for work for the last 20 years. Let's call it 40 car rentals a year. I relocated to Waterford and now I don't have a #Hertz nearby so this is my option. First burn was when I get dropped off by my Uber in the winter and they were 30 minutes late to arrive and open while I stand outside freezing. Now today I had an 8am reservation and due to morning meetings couldn't get over there til 11am. They had given my car away and didn't have a car for me. Called corporate. I have rented vehicles for over 20 years. Just was warned for the first time of returning a car excessively dirty. If you forget to throw out trash in a door, beware this place wants to charge fees. Maybe start with cleaning the rental office instead of calling customers when you already have to vacuum before the next customer
