Came in with a last minute reservation because my car broke down. They were able to get me into a car that worked for my family and helped find some extra savings.
They cancelled my prepaid booking upon pickup and i was guaranteed a refund only for it to not be returned. I’ve spoken to 4 different customer service representatives who said they have processed it only for a month to go by and nothing has been received. I’m having to dispute the charges with my bank this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I will never do business with avis again.
Eddie is the real MVP! I was scheduled to pick up a rental later this week, but with the upcoming winter storm, I wasn't sure I'd be able to do that. I have an important out of town work trip, and my personal vehicle is having issues. I decided to call and see if I could pick up a couple of days early.
