They were having a difficult day with their system, failing and customers waiting a little more than usual, yet they still did a great job accommodating me and everyone else. They were kind, professional and hard-working. I will remember them and come here again next time I need to rent a car.
No stars if you ask me!!! Will no longer use Avis as my choice for a rental. I’ve used them several times before, and all of a sudden starting in December of 2024 it has became a hassle to rent a car.Elite car rental is hassle free and will my Go to from Now on!! I had reservations for 8:30 at this Avis location on 3/11 arrived at 8:15 did the pre check so it would be faster, & was not able to get a car for whatever reason went straight to Elite 8:35 & was in a car and on the road in less than 15 mins tops.
