Back of car was covered in dog hair. Get home go to load up dont have time mess around with nastiness. Had to put blankets over seats so people wouldnt get that all over them. When I call she said " I will make a note of that " in my file.... ????? When returning it I get apologized to. But nothing done about it. Customer service sucks, they dont care apparently..thats ok I will take my business elsewhere....
