Frank hired some new lady who is terrible. She charged my wife’s card 2500 for no reason. “On accident” told us it was only 23 dollars. The car we got had a bird in the radiator and ran weird the whole time. Had to downgrade at the airport.here it is over a month later and my wife’s card is still being charged. Be advised. Once he has your information he is reckless with it. We asked for an itemized receipt and never got it. So we were out of money and placed on do not rent list for no reason at all.
