My first time ever renting a car and the experience was amazing. My partner and I had a family vacation coming up and needed a suv. I made a booking online which was fast and easy. The day of pick up I was greeted by a lovely woman who helped me through out the whole process. All the cars on the lot was clean and in great condition. Had a wonderful experience renting a car. We rented the car between May 31, 2026 and June 9, 2026. Car was clean and well maintained. We rated our experience as unsatisfied but that was a mistake on our end. Would recommend Avis to my family and friends.
