I'll start off by saying I like Avis, I've had a pretty good experience for the most part but they charged me $200 for gas, when I turned it in with a full tank. Then when I call to fight it the offer me 30% off of the 200. I eventually pushed for a full refund but if they did their job the right way, and honestly it wouldn't have happened Update they responded a day later refusing the refund.
I had a great experience renting through this Avis. I had to extend my rental for quite a long time waiting for my vehicle repairs and Nicole went above and beyond and was truly so kind and helpful through the long process! She was a pleasure to work with and deserves a raise! I appreciate the professionalism and frequent and direct communication I had with Avis services!

I loathe the idea that you have to complete a credit check and they can't tell you why you arent able to rent. I made sure to call to verify if I would be ok before ubering (which is costly) to the location only for a denial. I should have known better due to a previous rental I had at a different location, fees were charged to my card with little to no explanation. I was trying to extend grace to this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
