I booked a car twice from this place. Both times the car was denied because of unavailability. Seriously pathetic services, why even take bookings online when you don’t have cars to rent out. And the guy at the counter, don’t know his name, but he is really rude and dismissive.

Easy location to drop off a car when entering the city.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. Have a very wide selection of cars and provides free upgrades on car rentals. If available, they sometimes accommodate same-day car rentals which is very nice. Location is easy to find as well. Folks have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. - Jose
