I called in advance to ask about the requirements of paying with a debit card to reserve a vehicle. Was only told that I would just have to pay a $200 holding fee. I go there today to pickup my reservation, and I am told “oh since you have a debit card we have to do a credit check.” We check with Equifax, and had to be a 570 or higher.
