Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. Came in today to get a car, the car had alignment issues and would shake violently at 60MPH. I take the car back to get a safe one only to be told that they don't have any other cars (they only had one car for my trim lvl at this location).. I get told to go to the airport and they'll swap it out... so I drive (the unsafe car) to the airport just to be told they also don't have cars.
