Horrible customer service and lying employees. Called to make reservation and certified that they accepted under 25 renters, and that they would accept a debit card with matching ID from out of state. The guy assured me as long as it was a brick and mortar bank they would. I get in to pickup my car and he goes “this is a debit card and you’re under 25, you must have a credit card.” He then proceeded to call me a liar when I told him he was the one I spoke to and that he assured me I would be able to get a rental. They called me when I was pulling up from paying 30 dollars for an Uber to tell me they couldn't help me after my reservation was booked
