Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. Came in today to get a car, the car had alignment issues and would shake violently at 60MPH. I take the car back to get a safe one only to be told that they don't have any other cars (they only had one car for my trim lvl at this location).. I get told to go to the airport and they'll swap it out... so I drive (the unsafe car) to the airport just to be told they also don't have cars. Helpful staff, they stayed late to help me change a flat on my rental.
Horrible customer service and lying employees. Called to make reservation and certified that they accepted under 25 renters, and that they would accept a debit card with matching ID from out of state. The guy assured me as long as it was a brick and mortar bank they would. I get in to pickup my car and he goes “this is a debit card and you’re under 25, you must have a credit card.” He then proceeded to call me a liar when I told him he was the one I spoke to and that he assured me I would be able to get a rental.
