I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and mean staff at the Minneapolis airport Avis location. We had a flat tire last night that I ended up changing myself because I couldn't get a hold of anyone at their roadside assistance. This morning I spent 2 hours on the phone being transferred back and forth between customer service and roadside assistance, all the while everyone I spoke with was so rude. Was ignored upon check-in. Trying to resolve a problem, then when informed the next available agent that nobody was helping they just meandered around searching for the first person. Walked to the desk and asked for assistance and was told it is not their job to resolve issues and that I have to go upstairs to check in again
