They deny your international voucher for reasons not even mentioned on the voucher and then “offer” you to rebook your car at twice the original price so you can go. Never had this problem with other rental companies.
Preferred Avis member. Prepaid 1 months ahead of time for a "Prius or similar" but by the time I got there they had a crappy Kia Soul with lots of miles and not nearly in the same category or price as a Prius. If I wanted what I paid for they told me to drive over to the other terminal and have it e have exchanged there. I drove there and was greeted by a couple of surly employees who agreed to exchange the Prius but made it seem like they did me a personal favor for that. Waiting is crazy. One person at the counter at a time for 30-40 people.
Open until 1 AM allegedly. Booked car for business trip. No one at the register 0:45 when I’ve scheduled pickup for 0:30. Can’t be trusted
