Great service and consistent and friendly atmosphere to rent your vehicles.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had reserved a rental car well in advance, including for an important trip. However, upon arriving at the location on the scheduled day, I was informed that there were no cars available. This caused significant disruption to my plans and unnecessary stress. It’s unacceptable that they did not have the vehicle I reserved, and I would caution others to consider alternative rental companies.
Avoid this place at all costs. The guy working has no customer service at all he just yells and disrespects people. He swears at you when you call and hangs up the phone. Then when you return the car they say everything is good takes the keys and then your credit card gets an insane charge of over $1000 just for cleaning fees. They are a bunch of scammers and wants to just rob customers, go to enterprise instead
This location has become my go-to for car rentals. The cars are always spotless, and there are no hidden fees. I’ve never had to worry about unexpected charges when returning the car. The staff is also great, providing excellent advice and service. Highly recommended!
