Had a very good experience renting a car at the Madison TN location. Jessica was very friendly and helpful. She always gets us a nice fuel efficient & comfortable car to use. I would & will use them again & recommend them to all my friends.
We changed from Enterprise to Avis per company requirements a few years ago. When we first started with Avis, it was a difficult transition. The most convenient location close to us always had issues with either their computers or their phones, and sometimes both at the same time. A lot of the employees at this same location had less than desirable attitudes when dealing with the general public. I have been renting cars for several years for both business and personal use. Usually monthly rentals.
