Made a reservation multiple days in advance. Go to get my car and they tell me not only do they not have my car reserved for me, there are no cars even available for me to take. Spoke with customer service and was told to go to a different location 15 minutes away. No discount, no deals, and ended up paying over twice my original price due to the short notice nature of the rental and prices at the new location. I will not be using Avis again.

We rented a car at the airport and it had a screw in the tire, we wanted to exchange the vehicle at this location but they didn't have any cars ( hence 4 stars ) but the staff got out there and fixed that tire so we could continue out trip, thanks guys!
