July 5th 2025 we were scheduled to pick up a vehicle from the Avis Hendersonville location. They opened at 9am and we were there before 10am. The place was not open yet and nobody in sight! Another customer was there waiting too. We drove 30min to get there and had to leave. 30 minutes later we get a call from the manager asking if we were still coming today for our rental. Ran into roadblock after roadblock after already have a reservation with another company. It is my grandfather's 90th birthday and also our family reunion and William Westbrook saved my trip.

It should be illegal for one person to work an entire rental service. The service is ridiculously slow. The employees dont show up on time when business hours begin. People have busy schedules, and this unprofessionalism and lack of capacity makes car rentals that much worse. I DO NOT recommend. Ill be dropping off my rental car, but will be returning to ensure my return was registered correctly, because I have heard horror stories of folks being charged for time beyond their rental agreement.

WARNING TO CUSTOMERS – Misleading Promises, No Refund, Poor Conditions On Sunday, June 15, 2025, I rented a car from Avis/Budget in Hendersonville, TN, after being told by a branch representative that I would be refunded if I returned the vehicle early. I returned it 21 hours early, but was still charged the full 2-day rental. The rep told me to call Customer Service at (800) 352-7900.
