Terrible Service after their car broke down. Took them over 5 hours to get me a new car. Was stranded on the interstate.
Had a reservation for about 2 weeks and when I showed up to the building no one was there and the store was never opened. Called and got my money back and went to Enterprise.
Went to turn in my car, they open at 9, I was there at 9:05 and there was another customer going in and out of the door. Went inside and there was a note saying that the employee was cleaning a car and had a phone number to call for immediate assistance, no big deal. Then the employee comes in and tells me I should not be in the building because the sign was flipped to closed…maybe the building should be secured. If you hate your job, do something different.
Reserved a van 1 month ago. They called 1 hour before our scheduled pick up time to tell us they did not have a van or any car that would meet our needs
