Montana and Meghan were extremely helpful and made sure everything was very easy for me. There was no wait, service was excellent, cars were excellent and I will continue to use Avis and Budget! Update: Alex is also extremely helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I look forward to going there if I know he’ll be working because the process will be seamless. He is very attentive and a great employee! The car selection at this location has grown as well and has some of the best vehicles available!
I have been renting my car from Avis grapevine for more than a year .. they are quite accommodating and very friendly . They have a variety of cars and keep your requirement in mind . Megan and Lani have been quite mindful .
