From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of. consistently smelly or smoky cars. I got pulled over today because one of the rental cars had an expired registration. This is a garbage location. I’m a president club member. I never have experienced such poor operations. The culprits are the owner operators - avoid at all costs if you have any serious business to attend to.
Do not rent from this location if you are black, Spanish, asian because they are racist who make things hard for you and laugh at you. I was suppose to drop a car which I rented at a different location but unfortunately i called this location as this location is 20 mins away from my house. They said they would take care of the me once I reach there and after reaching their I was paying with a debit card and usually if we pay with debit card we have to show two bills which run on our name.
