I have been renting my car from Avis grapevine for more than a year .. they are quite accommodating and very friendly . They have a variety of cars and keep your requirement in mind . Megan and Lani have been quite mindful .

DO NOT Rent from here. I should have read the reviews before hand. I also had several charges I did not authorize put on my bill from this location. They put a fuel charge I did not give verbal concent or ask for. They added a roadside assistance also. Never in 20 years of renting from Budget or Avis have I had to spend so much time on the phone trying to get my bill correct. The vehicle was also not very clean and had an odd smell to it.
