Worst location and bad service. Not professional at all. Person was on phone (headset) all time. He even expected me to give him bad reviews. He even insulted me. I had to call Avis customer service to complain. Don’t be late or they will charge you extra day or just go to different locations or companies.
Honestly I was expecting better service from this place. I didnt feel they cared and the worker was on the phone most of the time. We are from USA and the customer service was lacking with AVIS in this hotel. Sorry to say. Will not come back.
Ali took good care of us when we booked our car from Avis on 28th street. Price was half of the Avis at the airport! Took a Uber from the airport for $30 and saved $500! He also gave us an upgrade to a better SUV. We’ll definitely use this location when we fly into Calgary from now on.
