Very courteous and nice
Fast and accommodating. Couldn’t be happier. I do wish they stopped calling Avis and Budget different companies. They are the same.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! The lady at the counter near baggage claim was absolutely crazy. Refused to help with a booking cause it was booked through my company for me, and she claimed that she can’t help me. She then refused to get somebody to help. Had to call customer service and they got me in a car in 2 mins. Never seen someone so nasty, and rude. She claimed her name is “K” but if you have to deal with her, good luck. Entire line of people in garage talking about her attitude
One of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had. Worker was actively rude to numerous people, myself included, who were dealing with significant travel issues and just trying to get home.
