Car wreaked of weed when picked up and was not cleaned well. Staff was very rude at pickup and drop off. I would recommend using anyone else.
You suck!! Where’s the ZERO stars option?!? Thanks for stranding my kids & I at the airport on my birthday. Our flight was delayed 2 hours - and you chose to ignore my preferred customer reservation & close down, not even sending me an email or text to say that you’d be stranding us at the airport!! You had my flight information & 100% knew that we would be delayed Great customer service for a “valued” preferred customer… Never again.
One guy working for both Avis and Budget. It’s going to be close to 45 minutes of standing in line just to reach the desk and there were only five people in front of me. There are 8 computers and only one person working. It gets worse. They wouldn’t rent me the car because I don’t have a credit card. You cannot use a debit card for some unknown god forsaken reason and this is not stated anywhere in person or online.
2 separate times I've reserved a car, got to the airport for the rude gentleman at the counter to throw his hands in the air and say we dont have any cars. ..... It didn't matter they already charged my card, it didn't matter I was there to pick up a car..... customer service doesn't seem like their strong suit..... I've emailed and still no response to the charges when I wasnt able to pick up the car . .....
They don’t answer the phones.
