I was initially hesitant about booking a reservation after seeing the reviews, but I’m glad I did. The lady there is super nice. So far I have rented with them multiple times without any issues. The guy there isn’t as friendly as the lady, but I haven’t had any issues with him either. Overall, I’m satisfied with the services at this location, especially when dealing with the lady. Thank you for your great service.

I’m not sure where to start. Please avoid this place at all cost. Shawn lacks professionalism, business ethics and business etiquette. I don’t think I’ve ever came across someone in a business setting so unprofessional and rude. Everything went fairly smooth until I paid and went to the car he told me I was renting. This rental company is a SCAM, me and my family had car troubles last week and we went here to get a rental from here and the manager (old guy with really long goatee) told us if we brought it back we would get our money back for the insurance and second driver which would be $300 they only gave us $53
