I arrived with my company confirmation email, a valid government issued ID, and rental already paid for by my employer. The customer service at this branch was disappointing and unacceptable. On multiple occasions, I attempted to contact the location by phone over a span of two days without success. Blake, what was the point of asking for an email to tell me the same thing that I wrote the review about. I don't see where any compromise was made. If you are not willing to meet somewhere in the middle, don't ask for an email to pretend you are going to solve the problem and give the same answer. My review has nothing to do with the representative at the store. She was great but I will not rent a car from Avis. I am not happy with Avis and in fact I'm going to close my business account. I notified them on May 5 that the car was towed due to an accident, every day I called to see if anything was said or done to get the car to the airport. The car was across the street from the airport and noone tried to get it. I eventually called their roadside department on May 14 and they got the car 2 days later. Now Avis is charg... read more
