I reserved a hybrid car for one way trip across the country. When I picked up vehicle only SUV are available for one way trips. Staff was very friendly and thorough on inspection.
Took several hours & multiple phone calls and 5 emails to add on 1 more day which included loads of complaining from your front desk. A meeting was more important than the customer on the line? Apparently! Comments like "its due for an oil change but you should be fine" is not what I want to hear.
We travel annually to Canada which is a 14 hour trip with stops. Ford Transit vans have worked for us previously but we had 8 people and lots of stuff. The new 12 passenger transit they provided was complete with adaptive cruise control, a large screen with Apple Car Play and and air system that allowed us to keep everyone at their preferred temperature.
