I love my experience at Avis on canal street the staff there is friendly and helpful and they make sure everyone needs are met
Terrible service. They don't have enough cars to meet demand, even after booking the service well in advance. We arrived first thing in the morning and they already had no cars left. There was a line of eleven families and not a single car available—not even for the first two customers. It’s disgraceful that they know in advance what reservations clients have booked, yet they don't have a single car in all of Louisiana (not even in NOLA airport) and have to haul cars in from Mississippi. Like so many previous reviews I showed up to pick up a reserved car and was told id have to wait for a drop off. Was not the only one waiting. Terrible.
Ach, das lief alles ziemlich gut. Mussten uns einmal orientieren, um im Bahnhof von Washington, D.C. die Anmeldung zu finden. Aber dann lief es wirklich gut. Übergabe, Rückgabe, alles fein. Sind damit quer durchs Land gefahren. Gerne wieder.
