Pas de problème particulier avec cette agence . Prise de la voiture rapide , accueil cordial ,voiture quasi neuve. Restitution à Miami rapide et très bien organisée.
Rented a car for 4 days, car refused to start 2nd day. I am still stuck in a broken car 2hrs drive from NOLA in Ocean Springs in natural Reserved car park and waiting for support for 3h. Towing car arrived after 4 hours after calling help line. The first ticket for help was not created, only after my follow up call did I find about that…and in 45min towing car arrived. I will never rent a car from Avis or Budget.
This is the worst company. I rented a car for a week and when I returned it, they charged me for another week without my authorization. I've been calling for 3 months to get my money back and I'm still waiting. 😡
Reserved a rental car. Upon showing up 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, I was greated by an disengaged employee who had no customer service which can be due to training so can't blame the employee, however the car was not available and the person told me it would be 30 minutes to an hour to wait for a car to be returned and become available. Reserved a compact SUV but was given a sedan at Avis – 1317 Canal St, New Orleans. Staff insisted it was the “same category,” which is simply not true — SUV ≠ sedan. When I asked chatGPT about the issue and questioned the downgrade, one response was literally “ChatGPT does not work here.” Because I was returning the car in another state, it seemed they preferred assigning a vehicle with out-of-state plates, but no explanation or price adjustment was offered.
