Great service. No issue's at all. Customer service was on point!!
Showed up with a guaranteed reservation, only to be told there were no cars available. No apology, no explanation, just a cold “you’ll have to wait.” So we waited. And waited. For over an hour. Staff barely acknowledged us, let alone offered any alternatives or updates. The vibe was just… off. No courtesy, no effort to make things right. Eventually got a car, which was clean and fine but by then, the damage was done. The whole experience was frustrating and soured the start of our trip. Avis Budget, do better.
I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS!!!!! I would not recommend this Budget location. They hit me with hidden fees and even doubled the daily rate after a extention on my rental with out my knowledge!!! No transparency at all, and it feels like they take advantage of customers once you’re locked in. On top of that, the lobby was dirty and gave a really unprofessional impression. Facility was visibly marked. Problems started right from the get go. Reservation was for 12pm on Sunday upon arriving we were told no vehicle was there for us and to leave and they'd call when one came in. No one called for almost an hour after our reservation so we called them for the guy to say the car was ready whenever. We came right back and told here's your grey RAV4.
