I’ve been renting from Avis for a couple of years now and each time I pick up the service is excellent. The vehicles are very clean and in good shape. The speed of the employees are quick they get me in and out of the store within a couple of minutes. I always tell people if you need a rental go to Avis on Seigen lane and they will help you get put in a vehicle.

This location will remain my one stop shop for all of my rental needs. Mr. Mark and Nick are the best when it comes to customer service. They are always attentive to any issues or concerns that might have when renting at their location by handling each situation effectively, with clear communication in a timely manner. I have been there several times when they are swamped with customers and they have remained calm, professional, and patient in difficult situations. I want to thank AVIS and the Siegen Office Manager, Nick for providing excellent service for my last rental on 2/28/2025 . As a matter of fact, I've used the Siegen location a few times, and received the same excellent service. The car that I selected with my confirmation number was onsite when I arrived. Nick specifically wanted to see verification that I was an employee of the company on record. It was an easy check-in with smiles and jokes going between us. Upon return, Nick was there.
