Rented a car that broke down. They did not have a replacement so they sent me a different location. Once there, I was told they didnt have a car available. They were rude and unprofessional
Another perfect rental at Avis Siegen! Always come to this location to get my rentals for work travel even though it’s a little farther from home. Cars are always super clean and am usually in and out very quick. Nick’s been super helpful over the years. Nice clean and safe location as well.

The first issue, and the one most people would have an issue with was my rental was pre booked through Costco for 11:00 Am. They didn't get to me until 12:15. This was on a Tuesday. Waiting an 1 hour and 15 mins to be seen to start your paperwork is unacceptable. The owner was in his office while everyone in the building was complaining about the wait times. He didn't come out until I was there for at least 45 mins. Maybe he was doing paperwork, but it's a very bad look as I'm sure it could wait until it slowed down. The sec... read more
