Save your time and go somewhere else! Absolutely garbage. A friend RESERVED and PAID suv rental, get there and they had nothing but a minivan and wanted even more money. Told us it wasn’t paid, Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE!

Awful place. If you can get someone to even show up. Worst place in town and that says a lot, since every place here is horrible. People in Baton Rouge just don't want to do their jobs no matter where you go, it all sucks everywhere and this place is the worst of them all.
One of the worst rental places i have ever been to. There was this RUDE Karen at the counter who was on her phone all the time but wanted me to step outside in 110° weather and that too when I was using my phone at a minimalistic sound, and remind you there was no other customer present. They had no TV in lobby and she basically just wanted me to sit there and do nothing while I was not even getting help. I made a reservation online, that started at 8am on Saturday 17th, at that pickup location. I arrived at 8am, the agency was closed. At 8:15am, two other customers arrived, one of them texted the manager (she had his phone number since they had been interacting before apparently), the manager said he was still at home but he would be there in 15 minutes.
