Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. I booked the car for 2 days but ended up paying for 4 because of the company’s policies and poor service. I was only 15 minutes late, and they immediately charged me for an extra full day, saying their system had already closed. The next day, my scheduled return time was after the office had already closed. There was no key drop box and no secure way to return the keys. I’ve been renting cars from this Avis location for the past two years, and my experience has always been excellent. The process is consistently smooth and hassle-free, and the staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. What really stands out is their customer service—they always make everything quick and convenient. I've rented a few SUVs with them over the past few months after booking on the app. Had excellent experience, cars were good quality and much cheaper than Pearson Airport. I rented it the same day and all was available and ready. Owner is a good guy, very helpful and even helped me with discounts when I needed to extend rentals. I checked with Hertz DEWSIDE and unfortunately they are always low on stock or more expensive, so I'm very happy with the services and offerings of this location.
