I've rented a few SUVs with them over the past few months after booking on the app. Had excellent experience, cars were good quality and much cheaper than Pearson Airport. I rented it the same day and all was available and ready. Owner is a good guy, very helpful and even helped me with discounts when I needed to extend rentals. I checked with Hertz DEWSIDE and unfortunately they are always low on stock or more expensive, so I'm very happy with the services and offerings of this location. Have been to this location multiple times as my job requires rental cars for travel. Always experience amazing customer service from Niro. Vehicles are always very clean and service is quick.
