Car pickup and drop off is at basement P6 level. Signs are there to guide you. Cars available everytime I went there unlike other vendors. New cars to pick from.
Overall, my car rental experience with Avis Burnamthrope was satisfactory regarding the vehicle itself, but the initial counter service was very disappointing. The rental process went well. I was pleased with the vehicle provided: a Jeep Compass that was very well-maintained and came with quite a few options. I am entirely satisfied with the car. I've rented cars from other rental places, and this location stands out. It's conveniently located, cars are always clean, and staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. Thank you Sonie and team for the consistent wonderful service.
All cars are so good and the car recently which I got Ford branco was in excellent condition and thanks to avis to make our trip memorable
