Worst customer service! I talked to Pearson Airport Avis to ask if I could pick the car up at the airport instead. They said the price was going to be almost 4x! I said, okay, I'll get an Uber and go to the already booked location (Dixonrd at Matheson blv). I asked, could you please tell your colleague or rebook it half an hour later so I have time to get there? He was like, "Whenever you get there, you can pick the car up." I got an Uber to go there. Nos atendieron muy bien, ya no contaban con la camioneta que apartamos y nos dieron una mejor, nueva y al mismo precio de lo que aviamos rentado, es por eso que es una de las mejores empresas para rentar autos, la recomiendo ampliamente.
We went to rent a car after online reservation and we took video before taking the car. They inspected the car while we returned and there was no complaint. After 2 months $30 was deducted from my card for no reason.
