Incompetent business. Waiting for 1 1/2 hours to pickup a previously reserved car is totally unacceptable.
We got a trouble car for one of our reservation with the issues with the car popping up throughout the reservation. Andrea, the manager at this location was extremely helpful in resolving the issues to our full satisfaction. Would rent again with Avis despite the troubles we saw thanks to Andrea.
The lady helping me find a car to rent was super helpful. She made sure I had all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive which I needed. Unfortunately the vehicle I was given was filthy. Nail polish was on the steering wheel and door panel. Stains of white stuff in the back seat. Center console was very dirty. I had to stop at a gas station to buy Clorox wipes to clean the truck myself. Steering wheel took multiple wipes to get it clean. Wipes kept turning brown. Super happy with in person service.
