Beware to keep an eye out for charges on damages you did not cause. If this does happen, call Avis to dispute ASAP. We rented a car from Avis in Great Falls, Montana and dropped it off in O'Hare (Chicago, IL). When we picked it up in Great Falls, the vehicle had not been cleaned, had a large windshield crack, and oil change light on. When I returned my vehicle there were two staff members working in the office who wouldn't even get up to process my return. Instead yelled through a glass window from the office to drop the keys in the dropbox. Assuring me it would be fine. The next day I get a receipt with an additional charge for $110 for a late drop-off. The rental was $105 per day! How does that make sense? For the extra $110 I would have went with a competiotor with better customer service.

Incompetent business. Waiting for 1 1/2 hours to pickup a previously reserved car is totally unacceptable.

We got a trouble car for one of our reservation with the issues with the car popping up throughout the reservation. Andrea, the manager at this location was extremely helpful in resolving the issues to our full satisfaction. Would rent again with Avis despite the troubles we saw thanks to Andrea.
