The employees NEVER answer the phone, the manager is rude & unprofessional, & the overall customer service is terrible. Go anywhere but this location. They don't care about anything but your money. I've been double charged so many times while driving Uber for them that I got behind on my rent & other bills & was charged late fees because my bank account would be overdrawn. Did they care? Nope. Do not rent from this location there thief.. they kept double charging me and then you go through customer service only to keep getting the run around then months after the car is return they keep billing you its been a frustrating process and still trying to get my money back. I'm ready to call a lawyer and get a class action suit going

Zero stars, if I could. Car was not available upon pick up. Fine. But there was no communication moving forward. The reservationist said to check back at 130p before they closed at 2p, so I tried to call multiple times. No one answered. Walked back and saw 2 people just sitting there. I want that job because the two gentlemen working on Jan 18, 2025, were certainly coasting on a paycheck.

The staff here are not only too busy on their phones streaming but they have no knowledge of how the Uber platform works or how to assist us with their electric cars. They are prone to lie instead and send you down rabbit holes. $401 a week for a rental for Uber is beyond belief and Uber as well as Avis should not be scamming drivers and conning us into paying double the cost to rent a car for Uber Shame of Uber and Avis Disgusting and predatory behavior!!!
