DISHONEST! DO NOT GO HERE!! My husband Charles rented for here from Jan 6th until June 16th. Always received a receipt whenever he returned a car and took another one. Except June 16th, when he was returning a rental for good. We’d bought our own vehicle to use for Uber and didn’t need to rent anymore, thankfully. The most simple, hassle-free car rental I've ever experienced. My vehicle was top of the line an the price I paid was outstanding. Both the gentleman that serviced me provided exceptional customer service thank you definitely, definitely will be using Avis for all our car rentals.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Be extremely cautious when renting from Avis. Make sure you collect your receipt immediately and confirm that your rental agreement is closed—especially if you return the vehicle early. I was charged for a full week that I did not use the car. Despite returning it early, I was still billed for the entire week. To make matters worse, I was told I needed to handle the oil change myself, which I did. Very disappointing experience with this particular Avis branch. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have the car. They sent me to another location, claiming the car was there — but when I got there, the lot was nearly empty. I was told to drive back to the original location just to cancel the reservation . A complete waste of time and very poor customer service. Overall, it was unprofessional, disorganized, and showed a total lack of respect for customers’ time and plans.
