This place is always understaffed. People often are having issues with rentals or confusion (I think the nature of the business) which makes lines stack up substantially. They'll give you EV cars that aren't charged and can't swap you. I basically always have a terrible experience here but when I travel for business this is the only option. Most Avis rental facilities are sort of a bad experience but this one is worse than normal. I think their computer infrastructure must be 20 years out of date on the back end or something... read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They gave me a garbage car that was clearly in an accident with huge dents in the side, walkthrough guy marked it down and explicitly said it was already there, had to wait 30 minutes for them to wash it, but here's the kicker, 3 weeks later I get a notice from Avis saying I was responsible for the dent. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY!!

This place is very unprofessional the man working at the counter didn’t care about the needs of the customer but so much about the need of a credit card. Debit cards are guaranteed funds especially if it’s an established bank and you years of history. The man also stated that he is tired of wasting time. If it’s a deposit why not pay it with cash?
