I am a President Club member of Avis and qualify for vehicle upgrades and have a booking coming up in couple days for a week and will be driving quite a bit during the period ,so today I phoned to request preferably American make vehicle if possible and the person who was on the phone from this agency replied “we don’t make vehicles in our back yard “ so whatever will be available we will give . This kind of unprofessional ,rude answer is never expected from a service provider to a customer
I have rented from here 3 times in the last 6 months , and the process is always streamlined and stressfree. High recommend!!!!
Extremely disappointing service. The representative was rude and lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience reflects a serious disregard for customer care and basic human decency.
Staff is Pathetic
