Customer service is great but the policies are absolutely terrible. I walked over to Entreprise next door and got a truck there within 10 minutes, I even took the 75$ cancelation fee from Avis to do it.
I had a great experience with Avis. I booked the car online and was able to pick it up smoothly upon arrival. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and hassle-free. The vehicle was in excellent condition and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even better. Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend! 🚗✨
