This location has been very helpful and the employees that work there are very kind and knowledgeable. I love renting from this location.
I rent from Avis weekly and never in my life have been refused a car because my last name shows first on my drivers license and and second on my credit card. This location is a joke.
I am a long time 10 years plus Avis preferred member. I rented at this located for 7 years until they got a new owner. Since then I’ve only rented here twice. The customer service is awful. I chose not to rent from there today because of the way I was talked to and treated. I rent from Avis at least twice a month. And I expect to be treated as a preferred customer as I am at other locations. The two women lied to me about Avis policies and about how long they’ve worked there.
