This location has gone downhill since the new franchise owner took over. I used to rent from this branch under the previous owner and always received excellent service. Unfortunately, the customer service now is almost non-existent, and the focus seems to be more on upselling than helping customers. As an Avis Preferred member, I’ve rented from many other Avis locations without any issues, but this is the second time I’ve had a poor experience here. I do not recommend this location for either business or personal rentals.

A terrible experience, I do not recommend it I called customer service and rented a car. I asked the representative if it was possible to rent a car with only an international driver’s license, and she answered yes! I completed the transaction over the phone for this location. I called the office about four times; the representative put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. Giving 4 out of 5 stars simply because of Sonya. If it weren’t for her, my trip would have been ruined. Avis corporate policies allowed me to book a reservation when no cars were actually available, putting both of us in a terrible position. Sonya stepped in, went above and beyond, and found a way to fix the problem. She cared, took ownership of an issue that was no fault of hers, and made sure I was able to continue my trip. Bad experience. I have been renting from this location for 6 months with no issues. Yesterday I tried to extend my rental because my DL would not work properly on their machine. No explanation why. My DL is valid, no tickets or accidents. It may be that my DL is damaged. Either way, they need to be able to enter DL# manually if the machine is not working properly.
