Says they open at 7am. A frazzled lady showed up at 7:10 to open. I made a reservation for a one way trip but when I got there there were no cars available. Poor service

I had an excellent experience renting at this Avis branch at Sheraton. Sonya was genuinely interested in giving a customized experience, she gave me a car that best suits my needs. I am certainly going to choose this Avis branch for my future rentals.
This location has gone downhill since the new franchise owner took over. I used to rent from this branch under the previous owner and always received excellent service. Unfortunately, the customer service now is almost non-existent, and the focus seems to be more on upselling than helping customers. As an Avis Preferred member, I’ve rented from many other Avis locations without any issues, but this is the second time I’ve had a poor experience here. I do not recommend this location for either business or personal rentals.
