DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Heather was less than professional. We arrive with a reservation to be told they have no cars and "I" needed to figure it out. No help, said she called 4 places to find us a car and come to later find out she didn't call any of them. Asked for Manager I could talk to and she said nobody was there. Asked for corporate number. Perfect service!
They did not have a vehicle to rent despite making a prepaid reservation I was charged for. I asked if they could potentially transfer my reservation to their airport location and was told they could not and I needed to contact corporate. I called corporate and explained the situation and that they could not transfer my reservation. While on the phone with corporate, the staff on site accused me of lying, raised her voice, and insisted that's not what she told me.
