I really wanted to like this location. My husband has rented cars here twice, noted that the older gentleman is not warm and fuzzy, but was bearable to him. Both times he rented a car, they were absolutely filthy, found old french fries and other food all over the vehicle, which the gentleman said they weren't cleaning cars because it was hot outside and they were too old. The car I rented was not cleaned/vacuumed before I picked it up.
Booked through our corporate account for a “Jetta or similar” for a drive to Memphis. It took well over an hour for them to figure out my reservation and put me in a dirty dodge charger, the only vehicle they had available. Not exactly the best option for a business trip. To add insult to injury, I experience heavy rains while traveling, not knowing the vehicle was rear wheel drive, and was scared to death as it slid around the highway as I drove.
