Love Avis over all others! This location did not disappoint.
Huge shoutout to Cynthia and Martha at Avis Car Rental at BOI! My flight was delayed an hour and half, I arrived to see all rental car stalls closed except for my friends at Avis who stayed open 25 min after 1am closing time to accommodate delayed flights. I always have great experiences using Avis but especially today, their willingness to go above and beyond and remain open for us unfortunate delayed travelers means a lot. They made my night, thank you so much!

The desk was helpful and worked as fast as they could with the customer flow.
We had our reservation with Budget and had to move down to Avis for their convenience. The two ladies working were beyond rude. And should have some lessons in costumer service. By the end of our time wasted with these two we didn't get a car because they claimed we were too rude and refused service to us. We end up with Enterprise and they are amazing at thier jobs would highly recommend!
