Showed up first thing in the morning to pick up a pre booked vehicle. The car that was given to me was the "cleanest one they had". Due to time restraints, i didn't have time to wait so took it. During the trip i found avadado skins and used band aids in the cup holders and console. Unacceptable standard. Will not be using again.
MONEY GRAB!!! I rented a car from this place and specifically asked only for windshield cover. I was charged for FULL COLLISION PROTECTION. When I spoke with the Owner VASANT, he said I should watch what I sign. I was RUSHED to signed the paper as it was closed to their end of the day time. i signed up for the BASE RATE and NOWHERE was shown what and how much is the WINDSHIELD PROTECTION. THIS IS A SCAM PLACE!!!! DO NOT BOOK CARS THERE!
I recently rented a car from this location and the customer service was amazing! Sukhjot working at the front desk was quick and efficient with explaining all the details of the rental with me. Overall experience was great and I would for sure recommend this place.
