I have been using this Avis Car Rental location at North Hill Centre for a long time, and I am always very happy with their service. The team is friendly, professional, and helpful every time I visit. They make the rental process quick, smooth, and stress-free, and I also really appreciate the great upgrades they provide whenever available. Excellent customer service and a very reliable location — I will definitely continue renting from here and highly recommend them!
Avis, Avis, what a miss, Customer service shouldn't be like this. I came in hopeful, left frustrated, Based on my experience, not recommended. You claimed I caused damage to the car, Though it was fine when I drove it thus far. Accusing customers without clear proof in hand, Is a dispute waiting to happen across the land. Trust is earned and trust is key, But that wasn't the experience for me. I'll take my business somewhere new, And let other customers decide what to do. 0/5 stars I won’t trust them if I was you!

Have been visit here for 10 years for car rental needs, still the same staff work here, consistent good service and vehicle condition.
Lisa was sooooo helpful. I was very concerned with the reviews prior to coming here, but honestly Lisa went way above and beyond what was required in her service. She even hooked us up with a brand new car. Thanks Lisa, stay awesome!!!!!
