Worst customer service ever These people need training !!! Very nasty towards customers They don’t care and said that !!
We get to the rental counter at AVIS and the young man acted like he could care less that we were there. He was not friendly whatsoever. He told us that all of the nicer higher level cars had been recalled. All cars from all different brands were recalled? That’s doesn’t make sense and he didn’t offer an explanation. He offered us a Corolla. I told him this was too small of a car for me to get in and out of (I’m disabled) and he said it was the same size as a Camry, which is incorrect. Always will come to Avis as their personnel are amazing at SWF Airport. Meesha is the best customer service rep I have ever met. Always welcoming me and wishing me safe travels with a smile and a solution, if needed! Look forward to seeing her each visit.
Meesha is hands down the best customer service rep I've ever been experienced in this industry and really she's just a good person with a great heart. She literally stayed 30 min late today accommodate an international flight that was inbound and facilitated my rental when the agency that sent me didn't even alert her or check her inventory. Thanks for saving the day Meesha!
