For a prepaid vehicle we had to wait hours we are. No one wanted to help those three employees there they had one very aggressive employee ended up getting a vehicle that I didn’t even reserve and when I reached out to management with the behavior, I quickly got a response email that someone would be contacting me and I have not heard anything since. No customer should feel like they’re being threatened when they are renting a vehicle from you

I went to return my car today and I had some of the rudest customer service I have ever had in my life. Cameron had the worst attitude I have ever seen. He didnt even look me in the eyes and never greeted me. When I asked questions he ignored me and the gentleman beside him (today 8/1/2025) at 3pm skinnier guy was also extremely rude. The guy beside him wrote something on his personal cell phone. Cameron leaned over and they both laughed about it. Ellie is superb and super friendly and kind and helpful! Alfonso and Amy are also super welcoming! Love this staff! I don’t know why the score isn’t higher here.

Do not rent a car from Avis you will regret it. I booked a car weeks in advance. When I got to the rental counter the service was started to go down hill. First, an agent was just sitting playing on her cell phone while I was waiting in line. When I got up to the counter she just to but you name, phone number, and which rental company you booked with on a sheet of paper. That paper was a wait list. The worst part they had the cars just no keys inside and where waiting for a basket full of keys to be brought in. When my name ... read more
