This was me and my husband’s first time going to this specific location. Just to let y’all know run! First of all, we did not get a warm greeting from the lady that was working at the front desk. She came in and she did not even say good morning. She went straight to “do yall got a reservation” and my husband had to be the one to say good morning. Amazing service! I’m a repeat customer!
We reserved a truck for 5 pm and no one called to let us know that it hasn’t made it back before we wasted gas driving all the way, over 30 miles one way, to pick it up. The counter person was not accommodating at all. August 12, 2026 at 5:25pm.
