Terrible, let me know three hours before closing time they didn't have the vehicle i needed for the next day. I reserved and paid weeks in advance, they had plenty of time to correct this. Terrible company DO NOT RENT from them!!!
The owner's wife was so nice and had me in and out in no time. I would definitely use them again when it time for a rental car.

I use to rent from this place all the time because I knew it was a family business and I thought the two young ladies I always seen in there was friendly. When I encounter issues I felt it was out of their control. Well the last time I rented from them I was charge a cleaning fee saying the vehicle was extremely dirty and smelled like smoke; which was crazy because I don’t smoke. The in store agent was very unhelpful and gave misinformation. First I will discuss this location and then I will address Avis over all… I booked an economy vehicle 8 days prior. Bethany, the light skinned lady with glasses in the the store called me 7 minutes before I was to pick up the vehicle and advised me they did not have any economy vehicles and advised I could pay for an upgrade or go to another location.
