I would give it a zero coz they charge you even after you pay everything they charged by gf like 6 times but we returned the car literally after 6 months business with they charged us 158$ it is a scam don't fall for it.
People were great. It was easy, fast, over all efficient. I will be going back next time I am in need of a vehicle to rent.
I’d give zero stars if it was an option. We landed at the airport. No one picked up the phone when we called the number on the Avis sign. They had closed and were left stranded at the airport.lThey apparently close at 3 PM. We called a few minutes BEFORE three and no one answered. There is no car waiting for us here at the airport. They gave a phone number to text as well and no one responded to that either. We had the rental booked for a week in advance so they knew we were coming.
This avis used to be much better before, when previous guy elijah was handling customers very friendly and always gave flexibility to rent and explained us patiently what’s best. But the staff now they’re rude, they don’t answers any of my doubts or requests. I’m very disappointed as this is the only avis nearby.
Kenzie, Cory and Tyler were fantastic when picking up the car. The process was smooth, quick and car was clean! Highly recommend
