I just want to post again just in case nobody saw my last post. I had an experience with the worker named Brandon. Because of him I will be coming back to use Avis. He was very informative, kind and helpful in every possible way. Thank you for making my experience wonderful and I’ll continue to leave reviews on how great he is.

This location used to be so much better. Now, the cars are filthy when picking them up. The staff member acted half asleep and didn't have enough knowledge to answer any questions. There was damage to the vehicle upon pickup that got worse during the rental, cracked windshield. I was told we could exchange it. However, after calling several locations, there were not any vehicles available they could exchange it for.

Actually if we could give a zero we would. Reserved the suv in March or April for trip we are taking today. We were in our way to pick up or vehicle at noon, the pick up time we were given, and received a call telling us they don’t have a car for us. Major disappointment for a family vacation.

I tired to give this buisness a second chance. The employee professionalism is not there. From my experience they are rude, do not seem to have patience and become frustrated when asked questions. I beleive there is alot of room for improvement. I will been looking else where for retal services.
