Place is awful. Rented about 10 vehicles over the past 6 months for business. Cars are often dirty or wreak of pot. Policies and fees shift with each rental - and now out of nowhere I get a letter from Avis I'm Being billed $250 for damage to a car returned two weeks ago. No photos. No explanation. Thankfully, since this place has such a shady vibe we always shoot video around the car at pickup. Unlike other rental companies who take you around to inspect damage - here it's left to you! Service was excellent, car was very smooth and perfect for my week traveling around. I recommend their services. I will definitely rent with Avis again.
Avis has been a lifesaver since I lost my car due to an accident. Thank you Umer for your expertise, genuine concern and excellent customer service! This was my first experience with Avis and will be my go-to for car rental service in the future.
The worst rental I have ever used. They provide dirty, run-down cars and blame you if they brake down. After renting four vehicles, I am done with this place. Enterprise Rent-A-Car on the east side of town is a far better choice.
