The location is incorrect it is really hidden (a small door on the outside facing the street with a clock on the wall) the service is really slow
Service from the old man at the front is terrible. We arrived at the counter and he didn’t even look at us for 5 minutes while he continued chatting off to the side. When we finally asked if we could rent a car, he laughed at us and said that they had no cars.
No cars available even though it shows available on the app. Rude staff
Spent an age in line, no usual direct to car booking using app which is the main reason I use AVIS. Should have taken the reviews more seriously. Ruined the day trip
When I got there there were only like 5 groups in front of me but I had to wait more than 45 minutes to get to the front of the line. Two people in front of me had to start the whole process over and give all their info again because the credit card didn't work at the last step. Why was there only one person working there?? She was doing an excellent job, but the lack of staff and archaic computer systems made this a horrible experience. But at least they compensated me after I complained
